Snow in SC

Yes, you have read that right. When our friends from Keller Texas called and said they had snow, I thought oh better then than me. Then it all started people talking and the weather man (who is wrong, for the most part) started getting everyone all excited. I kept saying all day, it's not going to snow! A teacher friend called me to let me know that school was letting out at 1 and she could keep Ethan for me. I kept saying this is not for real. Then.... it all started, we were snacking on some food in the kitchen and I said, is it snowing? It began as a rainy sleet and quickly turned to white stuff. The kids, including Anna Grace started flipping out. We went out to play in it, in the dark for fear it wouldn't be there in the morning. Well, morning came and so did 6 inches of snow. The boys woke me up asking to go outside, so we bundled up and out they went. It was beautiful and we enjoyed all of it with our great friends and new neighbors. Once we were tired of the snow and our feet and hands were cold, we came in and I made pancakes for everyone with the help of Julie. The kids have been in and out all day having a blast. I think this is more that we received in 89 after HUGO.
